Born in Norwich, England on April 2, 1964. After high school spent 4 years in the Air Force as an Electronic Warfare Systems Technician. Attended University of Wisconsin - La Crosse and received a Bachelor's of Science degree in Mass Communications with a Speech Minor and an Associates in Microcomputers from Western Wisconsin Technical College.

 

Works at the Upper Midwest Enviromental Sciences Center, Department of Interior in Onalaska.

Married on June 22, 1997 to Nancy Stoll.
