ESRI's Arc View 3.1 Used to store geospatial data and create maps relating to georeferenced points.

MS Office/Word Write standard operating procedures and acquisition forms.
MS Office/Access 95 Updated database of computer inventory, create queries and reports.

MS Office/Excel Created spreadsheets for data book index, (a system of tracking the data sheets that the field stations generate and the Center stores).
Bear Rock Barcode Labeler Created sequential barcodes for sampling of water, fish, vegetation and macroinvertebrate. Created a database and then merged into Bear Rock for non-sequential barcodes. Wrote standard operating procedures and trained personnel for Center.
CD-R Created ISO 9660 image for cd write machine to make Center's own cd's of image libraries, software programs and coverages.

PC/TCP for Windows FTP software that allows user to back-up PC, restore data and download applications from the network. Responsible for setting up connections and performing application functions.
UNIX
Sun Sparc servers with Solaris 2.5.1 Backed up and restored from tape library and jukebox. The Budtool software, in conjunction with a Qualstar 4220 8mm mammoth tape library, is used to backup 11 UNIX systems for a total of 420gb of disk storage space. Some UNIX administration.
